These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClaimYears website at claimyears.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What ClaimYears is — and is not

ClaimYears provides an educational wellness assessment and a personalized 30-day lifestyle plan. The Service is for general informational and educational purposes only.

ClaimYears is not a medical service. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The "Biological Age" figure is an estimate derived from your self-reported answers, not a clinical measurement. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, exercise, or wellness routine, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Purchases and payment

The assessment is free. The personalized 30-Day Reversal Plan is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. After a successful payment, your plan is delivered immediately on-screen and by email via a private access link.

4. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

5. Your plan link

Your plan is accessible through a unique tokenized link. Anyone with the link can view the plan, so keep it private. We are not responsible for access resulting from you sharing the link.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the Service.
• Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or plan content.
• Do not submit false information to obtain refunds or plans.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and plan materials, is owned by ClaimYears and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use your plan for your own wellness. It does not transfer ownership of any content.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that results from following a plan will meet your expectations; individual results vary.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimYears will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
